September 22, 2012 is the third installment of the Old 78 Farm Fall Festival at the Old 78 Farm property at 823 Orange Road in Warwick, MA.  Gates open at 11 AM and entertainment starts at 12 noon and lasts until around 10 or 10:30 PM.  Check out the lineup page to get acquainted with the bands and artists performing this year.

There will be an after dark bonfire, a fire dancing show with Dragon Fire, and lots of great fun. We are still seeking out vendors so write to us at lmnandr@gmail.com for more information. ORIGINS:

 

Old 78 Farm Fall festival was born in Warwick, MA on October 9, 2010. The first festival had 5 bands, vendors, a clown, an escape artist, and a few hundred attendees. Focus is on recycled and reused materials, and local businesses and farming.

The next year’s festival took place on September 24th 2011 in Warwick, MA. On the schedule were 7 bands: Mick Reed, Katrin, Lovewhip, Love in Stockholm, the Equalites, Adam Ezra Group, and Orange Television.  There were other attractions too with the return of Jason Escape- who is an amazing escape artist who uses magic and comedy for a really fun show; Pixie Bell the clown is returning with balloon animals and face painting, the well dressed pony was  there with pony rides and a petting zoo.  The  property now features a variety of animals including rabbits, dogs, chickens, ducks, turkeys and more. There were  over a dozen vendors including food like BBQ, chilis, soups, pie and grocery cash and carry items like farm made pickles, relishes, jalapeno jelly, dilly beans and more. Other vendors include jewelry, clothing, massage, reiki, spirit card readings, Henna tattoo, home made soaps and laundry soap, antiques and more.
